Bad News Gyno

Just got my results back from my biopsy. They found pre-cancerous cells and now I have to have a LEEP. I'm kinda scared. Is it gonna be painful? My doctor doesnt really seem forthcoming with the information. I just keep thinking "why me". If I have the LEEP, what are the odds of having to have another one in the future?

Leeps are 90% successful, but because
of all the strains of HPV if you have
any new partners you could pick up
another strain of this along the way.
Ask your doc to either do it in the
hospital and be knocked out or give you
something for your anxiety before the
procedure

If your Dr. isint being forthcoming w/
info. maybe you should find another
Dr. I know when I'm not comfortable
with a Dr. the whole situation is
uncomfortable whether its something
serious or minor

What exactly is an LEEP? I am waiting
on my biopsy results.
