no hpv?

i'm really confused, i saw this picture on the net: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/pphb-dgspsp/slm-maa/slides/normvar/images/hel007.jpg (they are supposed to be sebaceous glands) i think this picture resembles my case and now i like to know: if i got what's on the picture, is it true i don't have hpv or genital warts but just something strange and uncontagious? please let me know... teaboy

both of sebaceous glands and genital
warts have the same shape, how can you
ensure you have no hpv? pls consult
your doctor! To pay safe, you should
assume you have hpv!
