Internal warts: surgery or leave them alone?

I have little warts all around my anus, and my docter is recommending a surgery. He said it'll be very painful at lest upto 1 month. I'm really scary...and even the condilox treatment for the external one for one month ws so painful. Does anybody know what method is less painful for the surgery? Or can i just leave them alone. Some people say it will fade away by themselves.

having surgery...I had them burned and
was fine by the time I drove out of the
parking lot of the doctors office. A
month? that is so silly

Get another opinion. Go to other Dr.
if you have to. And ask him or her
(the Dr.) all the questions that come
to mind. Don't be afraid or embarassed.
