Just Diagnosed with some questions.

I was just diagnosed w/ hpv 5 days ago, and have been doing a lot of research, but i still have a few questions. I feel that I have a very small case of warts because I have been looking at pictures and mine are very small and few compared to them. I have used aldara cream twice and can already notice a considerable difference. I just have three warts in my anus. I got them my first time having sex, and we used a condom, but before we had sex he was rubbing a bit back there. So I show no signs of problems in my vagina. If i were to get warts there too, would they have broken out at the same time that the ones around my anus did. I do not plan on being on a relationship for a while, but when I do I will be sure to tell my future partner. And I will be sure that I have had no warts for a while. It is safe to assume, if I do not get warts in my vagina that he will be less likely to catch this virus if he stays out of my anal area? I just don't know if having the virus means you can spread if from any genital region or just the region that warts appeared in. Also, this is strange I know, but i felt it would make me feel better to talk to my mother about this, and she is sort of belittling my situation(strange I know) because my father told her he had them once and they went away and never returned again. My mother has never had a problem in her 15 years of being married to him.

Most people don't break out all at
once, so you could possibly still get
them in your vaginal area. A genital
warts outbreak can last months and
reoccur at different times, so if you
notice any more warts showing, its not
reinfection, its reoccurrence and all
part of the same outbreak. But
hopefully you wont have to worry about
that. That is great that your mother is
supportive and that just shows that you
can get rid of GW and still have a
happy marriage and life.

yes, u can spread it from any region
to another. All u can do is b careful
and try not to have direct contact
with the affected area. I was told by
my Dr. to avoid sexual activity while
I have an outbreak to decrease the
risk of my partner contracting it
