Hey everyone...My question is this: is it possible for women to get sebaceous prominence? All the pictures I have seen online are penises, but is it possible to get the same thing around the vagina?

Yes - sebaceous prominece occurs because the genital skin is very thin compared to skin on other parts of the body. This is true of guys and girls.
