tips for fast post-electrocautery skin healing?

Last week I found out I have gw and immediately got several electrocauterized. There was just one wart that had grown, but there were several others that were extremely tiny and I wanted them all gone obviously. Does anybody have any tips from past experience on how to speed up the healing process of the skin? The areas that were cauterized seem to be healing, but there is some redness around the area, even though I've been keeping it very clean. Yesterday I started to using a spray bandage. Any advice?

I know this is totally TMI and a little
painful but here it goes - I broke open
the warts with my nails, then applied
Aldara, then used a blow dryer for
about 20 minutes. Any warts I had were
gone within 7 days and still haven't
shown back up in over 2 years!

Is that a new home remedy we should
know about?

The redness will go away. It is due to
the fact that the warts were burned
off. You can use Silver Sulfadiazine
Cream USP to help speed along the
process.
