the horror!

I have been dealing with this hideous virus since october 2003! it just keeps coming bak! I even quit smoking and they disappeared for a month and now they are back again! I even passed them on to my bf before I knew about them and i'm worried he'll have penile cancer or something because of me. I' also worried I might pass it on when I hacve children. Iv done ALOT of research on the internet and in medical journals etc and there are some possibilities of cancer developing and it spreading into your lungs etc. i think IV now got them on my tongue and on my gums from oral sex, also I have a very sore and swollen throt. Treatmentis very expensive and im on a 3mth waiting list to see a specialist. its so fustrating that there isnt more education to teach people how easy it is to transmit this virus and how widespread it is! its so in the dark that i am ashamed to tell anyone about it and so have to suffer alone. thank god for forums like this were you can hear other peoples stories and know that you are not alone. I wish the scientists would finally come up with a vaccination or cure -it should be subsidised by the govt so everyone can afford it to finally eradicate this horrible virus! im so sick of it! they say to keep healty and to relax, but this damn thing is causing all my stress! please someone find a cure!!!!

That Dr person is do negative, don't
listen. Check out hpvsupport.com. I am
anxious and stressed just like you, but
we must all fight it. We need to find
the strength within ourselves.

Dr. you need to check yourself before
opening your mouth there is a cure
dumbass if you are a real doctor you
would know that. It is phase three and
will be on the market in a couple
years.

birth control can cause it and stress

not to rain on a parade cus i want a
vaccination as well as anyone
here ...but what they are coming out
with will prevent others from
contracting the virus but it wont help
those who already have
it...however...if you have it and
everyone else is immune to it, you
won't have to worry about transmitting
it which is always a sigh of relief

i believe i may possibly have genital
warts.i felt small bumbs inside my
vaginal cavity. it is nearly
impossible for me to make it to a
doctor.. insuficient funds and lack of
transportation may be why... i was
wondering how can i tell for sure if
this is what it is without having to
get a papsmear? i have none of the
symptoms i have read about so far
except for the tiny bumps.if anyone
has info on how to check
