I have been using aldara for awhile now and the burning sensation that can accompany it has gone away. I really dont feel any discomfortable anymore. So, is it still workin? Or have I built up a tolerance and need to find another treatment?

i was using it for 2 months, i had periods where it didnt feel uncomfortable, and then it would come back. i havent heard of anyone simply building up a tolerance, but if it isnt working for you after a while, it may be time to try something else. talk to your doctor, they would know best.

It never burned for me...in fact I believe my doctor told me to call him if it was burning.
