I just found out that I have HPV at 19 although I am not stressed about it. I was upset at first, of course, but I have realized that this is nothing compared to other STD's out there and that my life is not over. I didn't find out until we had my bf's bumps checked out and they told us it was genital warts. I haven't had warts, and my DR. said maybe I never will but I do carry the virus. Also, Me and my bf of 4 years are no longer together(not b/cuz of this). I do wonder if I will ever find someone else that will deal with this once I tell them. Has anyone found love with someone after they told them they have this virus?

yes i have. i carried the virus for about 5 yrs from an old cheating boyfriend. my fiance and i found out last year when i had to have some surgery. they just now showed up, but he is very considerate of me. he doesn't pressure me about it, he knows that one day he will probably have to deal with it, but we all have problems to deal with. wether it be something like this or worse things
