Met a cool girl, found out she has HPV. I need some advice- - (10 ) comments.

Let me begin by saying that I am a 21 year old male, and as far as I know am STD/STI free. Anyway, here's my story:

So, my friend introduced me to one of her coworkers, we hung out and hit it off pretty well. We've only hung out a few times but she seems like a very interesting person. Well, we were talking and getting to know eachother better and she confided in me that when she was younger she was raped, and consequently contracted HPV/Warts. I really need all the advice and second hand knowledge that i can get. I feel so confused, and uninformed, even though i've taken several health classes and have learned the basics about hpv. STD's scare the shit out of me, but should I throw away something that could be a great relationship becase she has a incurable std. Is it possible to maintain a meaningful happy relationship with someone who has HPV, while remaining STD free myself? Is it possible to have a healthy intimate relationship? I would really appreciate any advice or personal experiences you guys would like to share with me.

if u like her a lot then dude just get it over with. most likely u won't get any simptoms. u probably carry the dam virus anyways. and condoms don't protect 100 percent

if you can respect her and are willing
to learn about the pain that shes goes
through emotionally then go for it. Most
guys are scared and no willing, us gurls
need more guys like that. Goodluck
