Thinking Positive about ACV- - (1 ) comments.

I started using ACV late yesterday afternoon and again as an over-night treatment last night. When I checked on the results this morning, I was amazed! Several of my gw's turned black and shrank in size. I know this is a good sign. Since I noticed improvement I decided to add some more tactics to my plan of action. This is my new plan of action, starting today:
Drink 2 to 3 tablespoons of ACV mixed in warm water every day
Take 3 garlic pills every day
Take a good Multi Vit. and Vit. E, every day
Use cotton balls saturated with straight ACV and place them within the labia. Hold them in place with a sanitary pad and the pad will also help catch any leakage from the soaked cotton balls. Do this about 3 times a day.
Do a douche of 1/4 cup ACV and lukewarm water once a day. I bougght a turkey baster and used a glass to mix my solution up in. Then, I stood in the tub to do the treatment. This is also a good way to squirt the solution up and down the labia and around the rectum. I don't have vaginal internal gw's, nor do I have them around my rectum. But, I want to treat these areas as a precautionary method.
Then, I dabbed the labia with straight ACV soaked cotton balls.
At bedtime, I will use 2 makeup gauze pads, saturated with straight ACV, place them within my labia and hold them in place over-night with a sanitary pad.
I am very optimistic about this plan of action. I will you from time-to-time to let you know how things are going.
