SHE GOT ME.- - (6 ) comments.

I met a girl that I really got into & we had protected sex a few times. I began to get these dry lookin' spots on my shaft but I figured it was just because I am a lil' sensitive to latex. We had unprotected sex & it seems like another dry spot has appeared closer to the head of the penis, but still on the shaft. She told me she had HPV but her last pap smear was normal, without a detection of anything. I'm pretty sure I have HPV now although what could be warts are very hard to determine as HPV. I'm going to a dermatologist tomorrow after I was instructed to by a doctor that tested me for HIV, etc. (I came out negative for HIV; thank god.) Can somebody give me some insight? Should I capitalize on the situation & get it treated even though signs may be unclear? For the record, does HPV actually go away on its own if u maintain a healthy diet/lifestyle?

Even if there is are no symptoms, you
can pass it on because it remains in
the system. I got it that way also
from a girl who did have HPV, but at
the time had no outbreaks. Its
probably HPV, not to be a bummer. As
for the other question, warts can
dissapear for your immune system
develops anitbodies against it, but
since its a virus, it will always
remain. Wish I could provide more help.
