I was diagnosed with genital warts 10/10/07, had a few lesions removed that day and started to use Aldara. Today I went for a follow up and I am clear. YEAH!!!!
I used Aldara for about a month before I had any side effects. After a month I had what felt like severe chemical burns to my vulva---not fun. I discontinued treatment for a week or so.
I know that they may or may not come back, but I thought it was important to share a positive .
