So freakin confused!- - (3 ) comments.

okay... so I found out I had HPV when my doc called and said that my pap came back abnormal and that I needed to come in for a colposcopy. So after freaking out, I did. I got diagnosed with HPV after all that, but it was said to be very, very mild and would probably clear. However, then I got warts!! How did they come so fast if what I had was so mild? But during my reading, I found that dysplasia (if thats what I had??) and warts are results of DIFFERENT STRAINS of HPV. So does that mean that I have more than one strain???? Are they "separate" viruses??? Now I have these stubborn warts and a whole lot of confusion going through me. Then they jabbed me with Gardasil. How is that going to help me if Ive already been diagnosed? Im just really confused and need something reassuring. I feel like theres so much contradicting informationout there. :( Thank you to everyone.
