Confused, Depressed and Scared, Needing Advice.- - (13 ) comments.

I'm a 22 year old male.
Six months ago I started noticing small bumps on the underside of my penis (mainly on the foreskin) that seem to be randomly multiplying. At this point I'm pretty sure they're warts...

I suspected my ex girlfriend of cheating on me with a guy who I know to have genital warts; they've since started dating.

I've been to several (about 7) doctors and have been diagnosed with Balanitis (a bacterial inflammation/irritation of the urethra and surrounding area ((only the urethra for me)), which is sometimes caused by HPV) and have been told that I have Pearly Penile Papules, which appeared when the balanitis did. The bumps are my main concern as they are multiplying and don't seem to be going away. I've been told that the bumps may be irritated glands, but then I asked the dermatologist about a known wart that's on my arm and he said the same thing before I told him it was a wart.
I know doctors can't diagnose warts unless they're positive they are warts.

My main concern, besides actually having warts, is telling my current girlfriend, which I don't want to do until I know for sure.
She suspected me of cheating with my ex (the one with the guy with warts).
I haven't been with my ex since we broke up, but have since learned that warts may take a while to appear.
My current girlfriend CANNOT handle even the most minor problems, so this would be extra devastating to her; she'd automatically assume I'd been cheating and probably wouldn't believe me when I tell her I haven't.
(Note: My current girlfriend has no evidence of warts that I've seen.)

I'd appreciate advice on how to tell her if/when the time comes, and I'm wondering if anybody's had any similar experiences with not knowing for so long, similar symptoms or similar situations of having to tell somebody who doesn't take bad news well,or suspects infidelity.

I feel very alone and depressed and have not been able to talk to anybody about this, especially since I don't know what's going on.
It's taking a toll on my relationship and my social life.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that I honestly feel I'm losing my grip on sanity.

I apologize for the long-windedness and disarray of this submission; it would be easier to write something more organized if the text didn't keep scrolling to the top as I type. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

I have a youtube channel glarstout and I
put up videos educating on health
issues- stay tuned and see how the stuff
I share helps you out - look for what
can help you. A lot of what I teach on
them can do many things to heal the body
so you have to watch the whole think
even if the topics are not yours. Like
the Bigh three killers about clove oil-
it also tells you how to purchase. Watch
the stress one too and watch the
aromatherapy
current girlfriend acting like you used to?
