Immune system- - (3 ) comments.

I was just wondering if your Immune system can actually fight off the HPV virus...I have heard of many stories saying yes. and many stories saying no. I would just like to get this clear. Keep your immune system healthy

I believe your immune system can clear
the virus, it just takes 2+ years.

the best source for anything health related is the cdc. from what they told me is it usually goes away in 70% of people within one yr. and two years is 90% with hpv. your body clears it out on its own. it builds up the antibodies to fight it off. so do things to build your immunity. once its cleared you cant get that strain anymore. as for the other strains in women I suggest the gardasil vaccine to prevent the others that cause cervical cancer.
