The 7 month interval is about right. I had normal PAPS all my life. I had a new partner in October. First slightly abnormal PAP in January, June severely abnormal PAP with high risk HPV. Biopsy indicate precancer cells now (Sept) and they are doing full evaluation if it is precancerous or cancer. The doc said it can be a fine line. Hystorectomy on the radar for this year. So - presumably this could be the case if the 7 month thing is true.
