I spoke to the doctor who explained to me how the method works. It doesn't matter whether you use the nitro treatment or the wartner treatment. It's all about cooling the skin to below 4 degrees celcius (I don't know why it's exactly 4, but it is). When the skin heats up again, the liquid/water in the cells will make them burst and therefore die. If used right your skin should turn brown or black and the dead skin will fall off after about a week.
